📋 Description

• Project management: lead multiple complex ServiceNow projects — from planning through go-live. • Responsible for scope, schedule, budget and quality. • Primary point of contact for clients; facilitate project and Scrum meetings. • Proactive risk, issue and change management (RIDAC). • Produce clear project and financial reports. • Ensure agile working practices and coach team members and Product Owners. • Close collaboration with account teams and participation in proposal development. • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships. • Ensure strategic alignment and high client satisfaction. • Continuous professional development in project management, agility and ServiceNow. • Actively contribute to optimizing our project management standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree • At least 3 years’ experience as a (Senior) Project Manager • Successfully led ServiceNow implementation projects • Strong understanding of the SDLC and experience with agile methodologies • Project management or agile certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO) are a plus • Fluent German and English • Strong communication and change management skills • Strong consulting skills and confident stakeholder management • Experience leading global, multicultural teams
