📋 Description

• Responsible for further developing the Customer Workflows domain within Devoteam • Actively build new business opportunities based on industry and technology expertise • Develop proposal strategies, support pre-sales, and grow our CWF pipeline • Advise customers on IT and business challenges in the CWF area • Identify optimization potential and develop future-proof solutions • Conduct workshops, requirements analyses, and decision-making processes at the C-level • Support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions (CSM, FSM, SPM, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, etc.) • Support rollout, training, and change management • Work closely with project managers, developers, and architects • Build and lead your own team of experts • Support recruiting, marketing, and community activities • Shape our ServiceNow excellence with your vision

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows area in a consulting role • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions such as Salesforce) • Experience in pre-sales, proposal development, and C-level stakeholder management • Proven experience leading projects and teams • Excellent consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, facilitation) • Fluent in German and English
