📋 Description

• Strategy & business development — responsible for advancing the Customer Workflows area within Devoteam • Actively build new business opportunities based on your industry and technology expertise • Develop proposal strategies, support pre-sales, and grow our CWF pipeline • Consulting & client leadership — advise clients on IT and business challenges in the Customer Workflows (CWF) domain • Identify optimization potential and design future-ready solutions • Conduct workshops, requirements analyses, and executive-level decision processes (C-level) • Implementation & delivery — support the rollout of ServiceNow solutions (CSM, FSM, SPM, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, and others) • Support rollout activities, training, and change management • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and architects • Internal development — build and lead your own team of experts • Support recruiting, marketing, and community activities • Shape our ServiceNow excellence with your vision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows area in a consulting role • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions such as Salesforce) • Experience in pre-sales, proposal development, and C-level stakeholder management • Proven experience leading projects and teams • Excellent consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation/facilitation) • Fluent in German and English
