📋 Description

• Responsible for advancing and growing the Customer Workflows practice within Devoteam • Actively build new business opportunities based on your industry and technology expertise • Develop proposal strategies, support pre-sales activities and grow our CWF pipeline • Advise clients on IT and business challenges in the Customer Workflows area • Identify optimization opportunities and design future-proof solutions • Lead workshops, requirements analyses and decision processes at C-level • Support the implementation of ServiceNow solutions (CSM, FSM, SPM, Procurement, Supplier Lifecycle, among others) • Assist with rollout, training and change management • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers and architects • Build and lead your own team of experts • Support recruiting, marketing and community activities • Shape our ServiceNow excellence with your vision

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows domain in a consulting role • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow Customer Workflows (CWF) or comparable solutions such as Salesforce • Experience in pre-sales, proposal development and C-level stakeholder management • Proven track record in leading projects and teams • Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills (structured analysis, presentations, facilitation) • Fluent in German and English
