📋 Description

• Develop concepts, solutions and roadmaps for HR digitization based on ServiceNow HRSD / Employee Experience • Facilitate workshops for process definition, optimization, redesign and gap analysis • Analyze existing HR processes and derive meaningful improvement and automation measures • Support the transformation of HR functions from discovery through implementation • Design solutions that increase efficiency, minimize risks and sustainably reduce workload for HR teams • Work closely with client teams and our delivery units • Support pre-sales activities such as scoping, RFPs and solution design • Depending on seniority, you will also assume one of the following levels of responsibility: independently take on demanding subject-matter tasks, workstreams and consulting topics; or take on delivery responsibility as an Engagement Manager, lead project teams from a subject-matter perspective and act as a central trusted advisor to HR leadership and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in HR or HCM environments, ideally with HRSM / HRSD / Employee Experience • Knowledge of process modeling, process optimization or quality management • Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with HR stakeholders • High motivation to rethink HR processes and support client teams through change • Experience leading projects or workstreams in the HR/HCM context • Routine in pre-sales, scoping or proposal processes • Very good German and English language skills • ServiceNow certifications are a plus but not required.
