• Provide Level 1 support on the ServiceNow platform: receive, analyze, and resolve incidents. • Escalate complex tickets to higher support levels. • Track tickets through to closure and ensure user satisfaction. • Write and update technical and functional documentation. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ITSM processes.
• Diploma or degree (equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+4) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • 1–2 years' experience with ServiceNow (support, administration, or functional use). • Alternatively, experience with a similar tool (Jira Service Management, Remedy, Freshservice, GLPI, Zendesk, etc.) is required. • Good written and verbal communication skills in French. • Service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and team spirit.
• Opportunity to progress to Level 2 Support / ServiceNow Consultant roles. • Ongoing training on the ServiceNow platform and its modules. • Dynamic environment within an international team.
