⢠Provide level 2 application support for the ServiceNow platform as part of a 24/7 shift rotation (morning, afternoon, night). ⢠Diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents. ⢠Collaborate with L1, L3 teams and developers for escalation and issue tracking. ⢠Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (procedures, runbooks, FAQs). ⢠Participate in platform updates, testing and continuous improvements. ⢠Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes.
⢠Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. ⢠2 to 3 years of experience with ServiceNow, ideally in support or administration roles. ⢠Solid understanding of ITIL processes. ⢠Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation (including weekends and public holidays as scheduled). ⢠Good written and verbal communication skills in French. ⢠Customer-service mindset, responsiveness, autonomy and attention to detail. ⢠ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog ⢠Knowledge of similar tools (Jira, Remedy, Freshservice, etc.) ⢠Basic scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow administration knowledge is a plus.
