⢠Technically lead the Salesforce development team. ⢠Design and architect complex solutions on Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. ⢠Manage and prioritize the technical debt backlog. ⢠Create and maintain technical application documentation. ⢠Manage infrastructure change requests. ⢠Ensure the quality of deliverables and solve complex technical problems. ⢠Collaborate with global and business teams to define technical solutions.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field. ⢠Up to 10 years of experience, with a specialization and hands-on expertise in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud. ⢠Hands-on expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for custom Marketing Cloud implementations. ⢠Experience designing complex solutions and working on strategic projects. ⢠Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR. ⢠Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. ⢠Excellent communication skills. ⢠Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams; Critical analysis and problem-solving skills. ⢠Knowledge of Agile methodology, Jira tool and Confluence. ⢠Fluency in English (written and spoken).
