📋 Description
• Design, develop and configure applications and workflows on ServiceNow HRSD. • Lead the implementation and customization of ServiceNow modules: Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). • Develop advanced scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes). • Oversee integrations with third-party tools (APIs, Web Services, LDAP, SSO, etc.). • Ensure ServiceNow development best practices (Scoped Apps, Flow Designer). • Mentor and train internal teams and key users. • Contribute to continuous improvement of the platform and maintain technology watch.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience: 5 to 7 years on ServiceNow, including at least 3 years on large-scale HR projects. • Modules: HRSD • Technical skills: • - Advanced scripting (client- and server-side JavaScript) • - REST, SOAP, API integrations • - Knowledge of ITIL processes • Methodology: Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments • Personal qualities: Analytical mindset, autonomy, leadership and proactiveness • Preferred certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD, ITSM, CSM…) • ITIL Foundation v4
