📋 Description

• As the Sr. Compliance Analyst at Devoted Health, you will work across multiple operational teams with vendor oversight roles (e.g., Claims, Payment Integrity, Appeals). • Perform audits, track potential compliance issues, review impact analysis reports, and manage corrective action plans. • Review monitoring activities and assist day-to-day monitoring in the operational area. • Support risk assessment activities and audit planning processes. • Learn and adapt to Gemini, LLM, Copilot AI prompts to enhance compliance functions. • Update and develop policies, procedures, and job aids; collaborate across departments for audits and compliance. • Analyze data to identify trends and risks and draw regulatory-based conclusions; review HPMS memos and regulatory guidance; dashboard and KPI reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Health Plan/CMS ODAG auditing experience • Ability to meet strict deadlines • Professional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to Travel 10% (onsite meetings, audits, and conferences) • Medicare Advantage experience is strongly preferred • Proficient in google products is a plus (slides, google docs, google sheets) • Knowledge of Jira and Slack
