📋 Description

• Serve as the lead technical strategist embedded with customers • Own end-to-end design of AI-driven business transformation projects • Understand customer domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design • Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations • Build partnerships with customer stakeholders as a technical counterpart • Bridge pre-sales/customer success and engineering teams • Architect modular, scalable solutions reusable across customers and verticals • Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee implementation • Support pre-sales by scoping opportunities, defining technical requirements, and assessing feasibility and effort • Track emerging trends in AI, software integration, and business transformation • Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards • Work onsite with customers and drive adoption and deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in solution architecture or consulting roles focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, AWS, GCP, or Azure, and modern integration patterns including APIs, webhooks, and pipelines • Strong understanding of customer priorities and ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans • Ability to craft scalable and future-proof architectures • Ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies; ability to manage multiple solution tracks and timelines • Ability to define and track success through OKRs, KPIs, and tangible business outcomes • Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms, including extensibility and multi-tenant design principles • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline • Comfortable with approximately 80–90% travel to client locations • Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are a plus
