📋 Description

• Architect and build an innovative AI-powered RPG content creation platform for a major publishing client • Work directly with a Technical Principal, client stakeholders, and a cross-functional Agile team • Design and develop backend services using RAG architectures • Build and optimize integrations with LLM providers such as OpenAI and Bedrock • Develop modern user interfaces with React and TypeScript • Build Python-based APIs and microservices deployed via AWS Lambda and the Serverless Framework • Contribute to Node.js services where needed • Integrate PostgreSQL, Snowflake, DynamoDB, and other data sources • Collaborate with frontend, data, and DevOps teams on deployment and integration of AI-driven features • Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for AI pipelines and services • Maintain security best practices for data handling, authentication, and API usage • Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade web applications • Strong experience in AI/LLM development, working with APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock • Proven expertise in prompt engineering, RAG systems, context management, and cost optimization • Strong backend development skills in Python, including API design, distributed systems, and serverless architectures • Hands-on experience with the AWS ecosystem, including Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch • Experience working with React and TypeScript on the frontend • Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and DynamoDB • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments • Comfortable with pair programming and collaborative development • Ability to prioritize and adapt in fast-paced environments • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Knowledge of Python, React, Go, TypeScript/Node.js • Knowledge of OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, semantic search, and vector databases • Knowledge of AWS Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, API Gateway, and CloudWatch • Knowledge of Terraform or CloudFormation, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, or similar databases • Knowledge of RESTful design, GraphQL, and WebSocket connections • Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks
