• Conduct customer research to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in our products and services. • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform decision-making and enhance the user experience. • Program, manage, and administer surveys using Qualtrics to gather actionable insights on customer satisfaction and product usage. • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. • Assist in various research projects, including surveys, interviews, and usability studies related to Dexcom products. • Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an accessible format for internal stakeholders. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
• 5+ years of experience in customer experience, customer support, or a related field, preferably in the medtech or healthcare sector. • Proficient in Qualtrics for survey programming and management. • Understanding of customer research methodologies and the ability to support research projects. • Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and foster strong relationships. • Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data to drive insights. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work on various projects as needed.
