âą Lead the execution of the Corporate Compliance Program for the North America region âą Serve as a trusted compliance advisor and strategic partner to business leaders âą Advise on key compliance areas including interactions with healthcare professionals, engagement models, and market access strategies âą Manage periodic compliance risk assessments to identify, prioritize, and mitigate key risks âą Partner with stakeholders to design and implement practical, scalable controls and mitigation strategies âą Manage processes related to HCP consulting arrangements, speaker programs, grants, and sponsorships âą Lead end-to-end execution of U.S. transparency reporting (Open Payments) âą Develop and deliver targeted compliance training tailored to business needs and risk areas âą Manage internal compliance investigations for the region and ensure appropriate documentation, remediation, and escalation consistent with company policy.
âą 8-10 years of experience in healthcare compliance, legal, or related function within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries âą Healthcare compliance certification (CHC, CCEP) strongly preferred âą Deep working knowledge of AKS, FCA, FCPA, Stark Law, PPSA/CMS Open Payments, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Canada, and OIG/DOJ guidance âą Experience acting as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, commercial operations, medical affairs, and other cross-functional leaders âą Excellent decision-making skills, practical business judgement, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
