📋 Description

• Establishing and shaping commercial partnership relationships with statutory (GKV) and private (PKV) health insurers • Establishing digital solutions and future-oriented projects with current and prospective contracting partners in diabetes and glucose monitoring • Internal responsibility for revenue, profitability, and growth targets from project conception through successful implementation • Designing strategic and tactical measures to position Dexcom as a technology and thought leader in real-time continuous glucose monitoring (rtCGM) • Developing, aligning, and implementing solutions, including the involvement of all relevant departments • Building regional payer relationships to develop digital solutions and collaborate on projects • Coordinating with Sales, Inside Sales, and other relevant departments to successfully execute the company strategy • Maintaining personal contacts and expanding a qualified network in reimbursement and digital health solutions within the diabetes field

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with payers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector to negotiate and agree on reimbursement contracts for medical devices • Established, reliable network with payers, health insurers, and other healthcare stakeholders in Germany • Experience in one or more of the following functions and/or roles: Market Access, Key Account Management / Reimbursement, Health Economics, Pricing & Reimbursement • Proven experience designing and implementing digital projects in healthcare
