📋 Description

• Prepare U.S. business income tax returns (Forms 1120S, 1065, 1120, and applicable state returns) • Assist clients with tax planning to develop effective tax strategies and solutions • Maintain accurate financial records to support filings • Ensure compliance with individual tax laws and stay current on changes • Communicate with clients, addressing questions and providing guidance • Research tax law updates and adjust strategies as needed • Use tax software and accounting tools to improve efficiency • Uphold ethical standards, including confidentiality and conflict-of-interest policies

🎯 Requirements

• Professional or bachelor's degree • 1-3 years of experience in US business tax preparation (1120S, 1120, and 1065) • Skilled with QuickBooks Online and/or desktop • Proficient in general bookkeeping practices and maintaining financial accounts • Familiarity with CCH Axcess Tax and/or CCH Engagement preferred • CPA, Enrolled Agent, or similar certification preferred • Experience reviewing business tax returns preferred
