• Administration and support of Citrix environments, including application delivery • Deployment, management and optimization of our virtual infrastructure • Monitoring and maintenance of data center hardware, ensuring smooth and secure operations • Administration and optimization of storage solutions, backups and data availability • Operation and maintenance of Windows and Linux servers, including troubleshooting • Operation, monitoring and maintenance of database infrastructure • Implementation, monitoring and further development of a central monitoring solution for performance and system analysis • Planning and execution of backup and recovery procedures to secure data
• Completed vocational training or degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification • Strong knowledge of Citrix, Terminal Services and centralized monitoring • Practical experience with VMware and virtualization • Experience in operating and managing data centers as well as server and storage systems • Experience with databases and backup solutions • Team player with strong communication skills • Alignment with the Christian values upheld by our diaconal organization
