• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the business. • Provide practical guidance on employment law matters. • Focus on HR-related legal issues across California and West Coast jurisdictions. • Manage litigation and ensure compliance with state and local employment laws. • Partner with business teams to deliver risk-focused support. • Provide training on wage and hour issues and other employment law topics.
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) required. • 7–10 years of legal experience. • Proven expertise in providing employment law advice and managing litigation. • Direct experience with West Coast employment law required. • Active JD and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
