📋 Description

• Leads the development and maintenance of best-in-class solutions for assigned product group • Manage a portfolio of projects while reporting to senior colleagues • Develop data-driven analyses to surface new opportunities to differentiate and improve products and user experiences • Drive technical excellence by establishing efficient processes, encouraging innovation, and ensuring adherence to best practices in software development • Support the continuous improvement of team skills and capabilities through ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture, celebrating wins and learning from challenges together

🎯 Requirements

• Over 6 years to 10 years of substantial general work experience • 13 months to 3 years of managerial experience • Experience in retail and product development technology • Experience leading data engineering teams as a manager • Experience managing, mentoring, and growing the careers of data engineers • Prior experience with PTC FlexPLM • Experience with data engineering tools such as Google Big Query, Snowflake, and Databricks • Experience with modeling complex data • Experience leading teams of contractors in an onshore/offshore engagement • Comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.
