📋 Description

• You lead agile and hybrid digital and web development projects, primarily in the e-commerce and automotive sectors: from conception through implementation and (international) rollout to the maintenance phase. • You see your role as a leadership task. • As a servant leader, you are a coach and mentor, ensuring trust, decision clarity, and responsibility within your international team. • Together with our clients, you identify their expectations and requirements and are responsible for achieving jointly set goals in time, budget, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 5 years substantial professional experience as a project manager in software or web development in a consultant or product owner role. • Experience in the e-commerce and/or automotive sector is desirable. • Working in agile teams using Scrum and applying agile methods is familiar to you. • If you also have experience in scaled agile projects (SAFe, LESS, Nexus) and in performing various agile roles, that's an advantage. • You have fluent (at least C1) German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
