• 5+ years in Sales, including 2+ in Enterprise • **Martech background is a big plus** (AdTech / Privacy / Data SaaS also valued) • Native or fluent German + professional English • Track record of closing €100k+ ACV deals • Existing DACH network in Martech / Privacy = plus • Hunter mindset, consultative selling
