• Installs, troubleshoots and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, primarily at customer sites. • Performs scheduled inspections, cleaning and other services, and conducts minor product repairs within an assigned territory. • Inspects products for proper operation, resolves identified issues and/or escalates according to established procedures. • Schedules service calls, completes required paperwork, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
🎯 Requirements
• Education or equivalent work experience required. • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in field service. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Valid driver's license and driving record that meet DN fleet requirements.
