📋 Description

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment systems • Assess equipment and recommend improvements to enhance availability, capacity, and performance • Conduct equipment failure analyses, including preventive and unscheduled maintenance • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues • Prepare technical reports on modifications and maintenance procedures • Provide customer service and support during field visits or deployments • Manage on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks • Diagnose technical faults or issues and determine appropriate solutions • Produce timely and detailed service reports • Operate the vehicle safely and use field automation systems • Follow company procedures and protocols • Collaborate with the technical team and share information across the organization • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations and communication • Build positive relationships with customers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven field service experience • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment • English proficiency • Native Portuguese speaker • Valid driving licences for cars and motorcycles • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules • Familiarity with mobile tools and applications • Technical degree or certification
