📋 Description

• Resolver incidencias mediante el análisis detallado de fallos de hardware y software utilizando herramientas de diagnóstico • Reparar hardware a nivel de componentes, limpiar y ajustar componentes mecánicos, y configurar e instalar software • Realizar comprobaciones rutinarias de mantenimiento preventivo y reponer consumibles • Instalar, mover, añadir, cambiar y retirar productos y componentes de hardware y software (IMAC/R) • Instruir y formar a clientes en el uso y funcionamiento del hardware y software instalado • Recibir información sobre incidentes y pedidos de despacho, informar problemas imprevistos y documentar las actividades realizadas • Informar proactivamente a los clientes sobre las acciones realizadas • Identificar problemas técnicos o de procesos, informar posibles problemas y sugerir mejoras • Utilizar herramientas y procesos corporativos, incluida la base de conocimientos, para encontrar y aportar soluciones • Participar en cursos regulares de formación sobre hardware y software y obtener la certificación correspondiente

🎯 Requirements

• Experiencia entre 1-2 años en algún tipo de mantenimiento preventivo y/o correctivo • Indispensable contar con automóvil y registro vigente • Capacidad para levantar y mover cargas pesadas, estar de pie la mayor parte del día, trepar y agacharse mientras se trabaja con el equipo • Habilidades excepcionales de servicio al cliente • Capacidad para organizar e inventariar piezas y herramientas • Sentido de urgencia, capacidad de organización, presencia profesional y trabajo en equipo • Amplio conocimiento de PC, periféricos de PC y conectividad de red • Capacidad para utilizar herramientas manuales básicas e intermedias
