📋 Description

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve insurance-related questions • Process claims, applications, changes, conversions, and terminations • Manage general account requests: address changes, SEPA mandates, account updates • Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with GDPR and internal regulations • Prepare insurance offers (liability, accident, property, legal expenses) via cross-selling • Support registrations for the My HUK online self-service portal • Process incoming documents (post/email) within SLAs • Escalate complex cases when required • Participate in ongoing training to maintain high performance

🎯 Requirements

• German C2 — excellent written and verbal communication • Strong empathy, listening skills, and ability to explain complex information • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills • Proven ability to handle challenging interactions calmly and professionally • High level of accuracy and compliance awareness • Solid operational skills: documentation, multitasking, process adherence • Confident working with Windows, Android, Chrome, MS Office & CRM systems • Typing: 25 WPM with 85% accuracy • High school diploma or higher
