📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in German • Provide Tier 1 customer support related to: Invoice explanations and payment clarifications, Billing questions and reminder fees, Collection-related inquiries (soft collection) • Deliver clear, empathetic, and efficient support while maintaining professionalism and trust

🎯 Requirements

• No previous customer support experience required — full training provided • Interest or background in finance, payments, or economics is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication • Good computer literacy and ability to multitask • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability • Customer-oriented attitude • Languages: German: C1 level or higher, English: B2 level (required for training and internal communication)

🏖️ Benefits

• Performance bonus: Up to 10% of gross salary, based on targets • Paid training: 25 working days • Relocation Support (if applicable): Full relocation package including flight, hotel accommodation, and real estate agency fee, Relocation allowance + real estate agency fee (for self-arranged relocation)
