📋 Description

• Provide customer support and product guidance via phone • Assist customers with inquiries and technical/product-related questions • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or upgrades • Turn support interactions into sales opportunities through consultative selling • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty • Use internal systems and tools to support customers efficiently • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2-level Spanish • Good English level (B2 minimum) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Customer-oriented and sales-focused mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Previous experience in customer service or sales is considered an advantage • Availability to work rotational shifts Monday to Sunday between 10:00 – 21:00 • EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence/work permit is required
