📋 Description
• Receive support requests from users • Incoming calls / chat: third-level support — resolve issues not resolved at second level • Third-line technical support for the organization's software applications • Analyze application-related issues and errors • Help users resolve technical issues related to specific applications • Ensure adherence to established protocols • Verify customer data in the database to prevent errors • Propose improvements to supervisors based on incidents occurring in the service • Assist with and participate in established training activities
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of the product/service • Typing skills • Knowledge of MS Office • Knowledge of MySQL • Familiarity with Slack • Familiarity with Postman • English: B2 • Technical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with end users and the support team • Strong collaboration/teamwork skills • Customer-oriented • Ability to effectively manage support requests and tickets
