📋 Description

• Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and chat • Handle delivery tracking, returns, refunds, and payment-related queries • Review and process order-related requests and data • Collaborate with couriers, financial institutions, and internal teams • Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies • Resolve complex customer cases and escalate when needed • Contribute to customer satisfaction and service quality improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Native or C2 Dutch • English B2 or higher • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information • KPI-driven and proactive mindset • Team player with strong collaboration skills • Nice to Have: Previous customer support experience, E-commerce or back-office experience, SAP knowledge is a plus
