📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience. • Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French (C1/C2) with native accent from France, Belgium or Switzerland • Good English communication skills (B2) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Residence in Portugal – only mainland, excluding the islands • European passport ( no sponsorship or visa support available ) • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
