📋 Description

• You are responsible for the entire software procurement process – from the initial request through quote comparison, negotiation and stakeholder alignment. • Commercial management of our software portfolio. • Negotiate favorable terms with software vendors. • License strategy & contract oversight: you keep track of contract durations, notice periods and license utilization. • Establish robust procurement processes.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in software procurement. • Strong negotiation skills in German and English: you negotiate clearly, confidently and with a results-oriented approach. • IT affinity and an understanding of AI software. • Basic knowledge of software compliance. • Structured, self-driven and strong communicator: you proactively identify and manage your tasks.
