📋 Description

• You independently plan, manage and deliver projects. • You act as the strategic counterpart for Project Requesters and support the project team from the initial idea to final delivery. • You produce KPI-based reports and identify opportunities for optimization. • You are the human point of contact for all project stakeholders and the driving force behind smooth communication. • You contribute beyond your own projects and collaboratively develop PM-AI workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid project management expertise: You master both traditional and agile methodologies and apply them situationally. • At least three years of project management experience. • Strong communication & stakeholder management: You communicate clearly and reliably in German and English. • Strategic judgment & ownership mindset: You can critically assess project requests and independently develop scopes. • Analytical & data-driven approach: You use metrics to make project success measurable. • AI literacy & prompting excellence: AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini are part of your daily toolkit.
