📋 Description

• Responsible for managing and developing customers in the public sector. • Work in farming (70%) and hunting (30%) as well as building long-term, resilient customer relationships. • Strategically develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. • Close collaboration with internal teams, lead sales projects and align customer requirements with technical solutions. • Ensure and expand existing business (close cooperation with Delivery & Community Manager). • End-to-end responsibility from acquisition through proper preparation of offers and contracts to contract conclusion. • Full handling of customer inquiries throughout the sales life cycle. • Identify, develop and implement measures within accounts to drive cross-selling across the DIGIT4U Group portfolio. • Build and maintain customer relationships through continuous communication, especially with decision-makers at various hierarchical levels. • Create customer development plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed training in sales or a related field, or a degree in business administration, economics, sales/marketing management, business psychology or a similar discipline. • At least 3 years of sales experience with a focus on IT solutions for the public sector. • Proven success in account farming (existing account development) and new customer acquisition (hunting). • Understanding of public administration and a reliable network of decision-makers. • Experience with proposal and tendering processes and knowledge of common contract types in the public sector—particularly in people-based services. • Strong communication, sales and organizational skills. • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
