📋 Description

• Communicate effectively with CEO and Growth Lead. • Support the Growth Lead in executing and tracking outreach campaigns and business development activities. • Maintain and update the customer relationship management system (CRM), ensuring accurate and current records. • Conduct market research and assist in identifying new lead sources and partnership opportunities. • Generate sales and marketing reports, highlighting KPIs and identifying trends. • Support the intake process for new leads and assist in coordinating follow-ups and proposal submissions. • Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between growth strategies and campaigns. • Monitor customer accounts and assist in ensuring deliverables and timelines are met. • Assist in the organisation of client-facing presentations and internal reports. • Contribute to improving internal processes for lead management and sales conversion. • Provide administrative and logistical support for sales initiatives, training, and events. • Perform any other duties which may be assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, communication, or a related field. • 2–3 years’ experience in a marketing, sales, or business development environment. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. • Critical thinking, influence, strategic thinking, assertiveness, integrity, attention to detail, teamwork, strong verbal and written communication, creativity, and adaptability. • Excellent customer service skills and stakeholder management. • Sales aptitude and sales process mastery. • Budgeting, forecasting, project management, innovation, and strong presentation skills. • Ability to work autonomously and within a growth management team.
