📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements • Translate business needs into clear and actionable specifications for development teams • Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making • Define and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and deliver value • Create detailed documentation, including workflows, reports, and project roadmaps • Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and internal teams • Lead workshops with clients in English • Support digital transformation initiatives for global clients

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level or higher) • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT/digital transformation projects • Familiarity with tools like Miro, Jira and similar • Ability to create clear process maps, use cases, and wireframes • Basic understanding of app development and database structures is a plus • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies • Business presence in Poland with access to major airports for occasional international travel • Comfortable working from 3pm to 7pm for US-based clients • Comfortable working exclusively on B2B contracts • Must currently live in Poland
