📋 Description

• Translate business value statements into project deliverables for cross-functional teams • Analyze client change requests and convert them into thorough developer-ready requirements and estimates • Set expectations and help clients plan software changes for their business needs • Train clients on system use and available functions • Provide after-hours support for critical client changes and fixes when needed • Run conference calls and write executive summaries and testing plans • Design website mockups and document use cases and acceptance criteria • Test solutions, fixes, new features, and customizations • Analyze complex business problems and determine IT solutions • Analyze integration guides and third-party software specifications

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years in an IT Business Analyst role • Excellent English • Experience creating, testing, and communicating effective user stories • Strong SQL background • Experience with data analysis and research • Ability to travel to client sites as needed
