📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and APIs in Python using Django and FastAPI • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and business analysts to deliver production-ready solutions • Participate in architectural discussions and propose improvements for scalability, maintainability, and security • Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to code reviews • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, AWS cloud infrastructure, and observability improvements • Continuously improve technical skills and explore new technologies and patterns • Work on custom SaaS platforms and complex integrations for international clients

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI) • Practical knowledge of AWS services and deploying applications in cloud environments • Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain modular, scalable systems and APIs • Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or MySQL) and experience with ORMs • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and version control best practices • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions with minimal supervision • Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams • Experience with asynchronous/event-driven systems (Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka) is nice to have • Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools is nice to have • Familiarity with Docker and container-based deployments is nice to have • Experience with monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is nice to have • Understanding of NoSQL or in-memory databases (MongoDB, Redis) is nice to have • Must have a Polish business entity that can invoice B2B, or be willing to set one up before starting • Must be able to work on own computer • Ability to work from 3 to 7 pm overlap • English language proficiency required
