📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture for a unified, personalized guest journey across web and mobile platforms • Bridge the business vision with Microsoft Azure and third-party services including Mulesoft, Salesforce CRM, and Contentful CMS • Drive architecture from discovery through Key Design Decisions (KDDs) and Operational Design Concepts (ODCs) • Ensure security, scalability, identity management, and observability are addressed from the outset • Defend KDDs and Solution Design Documentation during Technical Design Authority forums • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and present designs in TDA forums • Lead and mentor engineering teams to translate the architecture source of truth into code • Architect centralized Microsoft Entra identity for a single guest view across web, mobile, booking, and concierge services • Drive security-by-design, threat modeling, secrets management, and PII protection • Design Azure solutions aligned with Cloud Adoption Framework and Landing Zone patterns • Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, Terraform-based infrastructure as code, and release strategies • Define observability requirements across front-end, CMS, CRM, booking, and analytics services • Integrate conversational concierge, unified booking, CRM, CMS, and data analytics capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Solution Architect for enterprise-grade B2C digital platforms (Web & Mobile, Cloud) • Deep hands-on background with Azure PaaS, Networking, API Management, and Integration services • Ability to produce structured, defensible specs (ODC, KDD, SDD/HLD) that pass formal design reviews • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra / IDaaS in a B2C context • Understanding of identity unification across web and mobile channels using modern standards • Solid understanding of modern CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and operational readiness • Excellent ability to translate business goals into technical architecture and negotiate technical-business trade-offs • Experience with Node.js, Fastify, and oRPC is nice to have • Experience with React Native and Next.js is nice to have • Experience integrating chatbots and AI/LLM services is nice to have • Experience designing architectures feeding Data Lakes/Analytics platforms is nice to have • Ability to work with a 3 to 7 pm overlap • Ability to lead discovery and independently produce technical specifications • Willingness to own the full documentation lifecycle and ensure engineering teams follow specifications • Preparedness to act as final Design Authority through production deployment • English proficiency and comfort leading client workshops in English • Ability to work on own computer
