📋 Description
• Teach course content and conduct live online sessions covering foundational and advanced topics in Digital Marketing, Content Creation, and AI automation • Deliver high-quality, pedagogically sound modules in the following specialty areas: Performance Marketing & Analytics, Content, SEO & GEO, AI-Driven Content Production, Social Media Management • Support and provide professional guidance to participants on their final projects • Document attendance, learning progress, and participant performance • Foster and maintain a positive group dynamic in a fully online format • Collaborate closely (virtually) with our Learning and Career teams to ensure an engaging, practice-oriented training experience
🎯 Requirements
• University degree or vocational qualification plus several years of demonstrable teaching experience as a trainer/lecturer in relevant digital marketing and content topics • Excellent pedagogical and subject-matter expertise in all specialty areas listed under “Your Responsibilities” • Experience teaching remotely and strong digital literacy • Very good German and English language skills • Strong pedagogical competence, didactic skill, patience, and enthusiasm for working with learners in continuing education
