• Responsible for generating qualified B2B leads • Plan, execute and optimize inbound initiatives for our existing funnels • Provide targeted support for outbound activities (e.g., campaign preparation, messaging, follow-ups) • Plan, manage and optimize email campaigns via Zoho CRM • With support from two graphic designers, manage our external presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, blog posts in WordPress) • Continuously analyze and optimize all initiatives
• Experience in performance marketing / lead generation (B2B) • Fluent in German and English • Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Social is required; additional experience with WordPress, Canva, LinkedIn and Meta Business Manager is a plus • Experience in HR or digitalization environments is not required but advantageous — interest in the exciting possibilities of HR digitalization makes the role more engaging • Your open manner and strong communication skills contribute to a positive, dynamic working environment in an international team
