📋 Description
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning activities. • Maintain the employee roster and position planning data models. • Assist in analyzing budget-to-actual variances related to salaries and other workforce expenses. • Monitor, maintain, and validate data integrations between Workday and Adaptive Planning. • Perform data quality audits and structural reconciliations. • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data models using Google Sheets and Adaptive Planning. • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and People Analytics teams.
