📋 Description

• Lead the preparation, review, and tie-out of SEC filings • Draft new disclosures aligned with US GAAP • Prepare financial statements and the statement of cash flows • Project manage quarterly reporting cycle • Liaison with external auditors • Conduct peer disclosure research • Assist with monthly Accounting closing procedures • Mentor junior accounting staff • Optimize SEC reporting processes • Maintain and enhance internal controls

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience • Minimum 4 years of direct SEC reporting experience • B.S. in Accounting or Finance • Active CPA license strongly preferred • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP • Proficient in SEC reporting software (Workiva, Intelligize) • Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle Fusion) and Excel • Self-starter who can work independently
