📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for technical and non-technical teams • Conduct assessments of legal risks in product development • Identify and resolve legal issues related to customer data and privacy • Shape the strategy of the product counsel function • Advise on US and global privacy laws and emerging AI regulations • Support drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school • 8+ years of legal experience in SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS • Experience counseling AI product and engineering teams • Strong understanding of US and global privacy regulations • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex agreements • Excellent communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
