📋 Description
• Seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ServiceNow Test Lead to oversee quality assurance and testing across ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. • The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or similar testing frameworks, test automation tools, and proven leadership experience in driving testing strategy, execution, and governance. • This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to lead testing efforts for enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions.
