📋 Description
• Take full ownership of finance operations across both businesses • Manage invoicing across multiple entities • Perform bank and card reconciliations • Handle accounts receivable and collections • Execute supplier payments and payment runs • Maintain accurate, clean, and up-to-date records in Xero • Manage multi-entity and multi-currency transactions • Oversee payroll for an international team • Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory requirements • Coordinate with external accountants for filings and statutory reporting • Produce management reporting pack including revenue by entity • Build and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts • Act as a finance partner identifying client/project profitability • Design and implement structured finance processes across both businesses • Own the interface between account management and finance
🎯 Requirements
• Qualified accountant (CA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) • 5+ years’ experience in Finance Manager / Financial Controller role • Strong experience with Xero • Experience working across multi-entity structures and multi-currency environments • Hands-on mindset (comfortable executing as well as overseeing) • Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability • Highly Desirable • Experience in agency / services businesses • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models • Experience managing offshore or outsourced finance support • Familiarity with Airwallex, Wise, or FX platforms
