📋 Description

• Take full ownership of finance operations across Roomstay and Dijitally • Manage invoicing across multiple entities • Perform bank and card reconciliations • Manage accounts receivable and collections • Execute supplier payments and payment runs • Maintain accurate records in Xero • Manage multi-entity and multi-currency transactions, including FX platforms • Oversee payroll for an international team • Ensure BAS / GST / PAYG, payroll, and statutory compliance • Coordinate with external accountants for filings and statutory reporting • Produce decision-focused monthly management reporting on revenue, gross margin, operating costs, profitability, and cash position • Build and maintain rolling cashflow forecasts • Act as a finance partner to the founder, providing commercial insight • Identify client and project profitability, SaaS revenue performance, margin leakage, and cost inefficiencies • Design and implement structured finance processes and controls • Improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and standardize multi-entity and intercompany accounting • Establish ownership and accountability across finance activities • Own the workflow interface between account management and finance • Ensure accurate, timely, and structured revenue inputs • Implement repeatable workflows for billing and revenue recognition • Report to the founder

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CA / ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) • 5+ years’ experience in a Finance Manager / Financial Controller role • Strong experience with Xero • Experience working across multi-entity structures and multi-currency environments • Hands-on mindset, comfortable executing as well as overseeing • Strong Excel / Google Sheets capability • Experience in agency / services businesses (highly desirable) • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models (highly desirable) • Experience managing offshore or outsourced finance support (highly desirable) • Familiarity with Airwallex, Wise, or FX platforms (highly desirable) • Based in the Philippines and able to work business hours on AEST
