📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology, data integration, and change management projects • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables • Ensure projects are delivered successfully while meeting quality standards and client expectations • Oversee multiple concurrent engagements and prioritise activities effectively • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings to establish project objectives and alignment • Provide regular project updates, manage expectations, and proactively address risks and issues • Translate business requirements into structured delivery plans • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery • Monitor project progress, dependencies, and milestones • Manage project risks, issues, and change requests throughout delivery • Maintain project documentation, reporting, and governance artefacts • Apply recognised project management methodologies and best practices • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of project delivery frameworks and operational processes • Support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives across the project delivery team

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing the end-to-end delivery of technology, digital transformation, or data-focused projects • Strong background delivering projects involving data integration, system migrations, and change management • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction • Experience working within complex stakeholder environments • Strong understanding of data integration and system implementation projects • Experience working with Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or other business-critical platforms • Experience managing ICT infrastructure projects is advantageous • Exposure to Microsoft technologies including Azure, Power Platform, or Dynamics 365 is desirable • Experience applying project management frameworks such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or similar methodologies • Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery governance • Relevant Project Management or Microsoft certifications are highly regarded • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organisational levels, from operational users to executive leadership • Strong workshop facilitation and requirements gathering capabilities • Ability to translate business requirements into structured project plans and actionable outcomes • Highly organised with excellent time management skills • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving client requirements • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes
