📋 Description

• Lead and manage licensing processes for each location, including health departments, boards of cosmetology, medical boards, and zoning compliance • Ensure all locations maintain appropriate insurance coverage, including liability insurance, workers’ compensation, and medical director or MCO agreements • Implement and enforce compliant operational protocols, including required medical director oversight and procedural sign-offs • Work closely with legal counsel to execute compliance initiatives accurately and efficiently • Monitor, track, and document all compliance milestones, renewals, and requirements using internal Slack-based dashboards and tracking tools • Proactively identify compliance risks and ensure timely resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in U.S. healthcare, med-spa, or aesthetic regulatory compliance • Demonstrated success managing multi-state licensing and regulatory processes independently • Experience within the med-spa or aesthetics industry is highly preferred • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jurisdictions simultaneously • Clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with legal, operational, and executive teams.
