📋 Description

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive test automation strategy • Reviewing and adapting existing automation frameworks • Working across all testing layers, from unit tests to full end-to-end UI testing • Performing manual testing initially and transforming these scenarios into automated versions • Enabling product development teams to implement and maintain tests • Helping teams measure test coverage and effectiveness • Coaching and mentoring developers and product development teams • Collaborating closely with product managers, architects, developers, and other stakeholders • Ensuring the quality and efficiency of the product development process • Delivering high-quality software solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT testing • Strong experience with Selenium and Playwright • Experience working with complex, multi-tenant products or integration-heavy systems • Experience testing across both legacy and modern platforms • Experience and genuine interest in coaching developers in testing • Experience with both manual and automation testing • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
