📋 Description

• Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages • Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications • Collaborate with the media and content teams • Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets • Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand business goals • Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis • Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in graphic design • 1 year experience with motion graphics • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping
