📋 Description

• Design, train, and validate end-to-end Machine Learning models • Explore large datasets to generate actionable insights • Build scalable data pipelines in partnership with Engineering • Define metrics, experiments, and A/B tests with Product teams • Translate business problems into statistical and modeling problems • Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Serve as a technical reference and mentor other data professionals

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience as a Data Scientist, including end-to-end modeling • Strong knowledge of statistics and supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning • Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) and advanced SQL • Experience with data pipelines, code version control, and MLOps best practices • Experience in a digital product or data-driven business environment • English proficiency for technical reading and interaction with documentation and team members • Availability to work as an independent contractor (PJ arrangement), 100% remotely • Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and orchestration tools • Nice to have: Previous experience with experimentation (A/B testing) and product metrics • Nice to have: Knowledge of deep learning or NLP • Nice to have: Active participation in communities, publications, or open-source projects
